Nature, Supersonic Flights and Self-Esteem
There are certain people among us who feel nature and wildlife have no standing in our world and so do their utmost to deplete species with an indifference that shall hopefully come back to haunt them. Then there are those among us who know the value of nature and wildlife doing their utmost to maintain harmony and equanimity on our planet and thank God for them indeed.
If there is one thing we should be aware of and that is nature and the universe are rather intolerant towards those who depict indifference to their expansion, growth and maintenance. Taking this another step forward we need to realize the value of every person alive irrespective of disadvantages or limitations. But then when we do not use our faculties to their utmost we are in essence also victims of limitations with resulting shortfalls too.
Now let us shoot to the twentieth century where supersonic flight became a reality and notice how the ego destroyed and caused regression. Supersonic flight was typical in military aviation but there was a belief that it could be beneficial to mass transport reducing flight times by up to fifty percent.
With this in mind countries set about the task of inventing a plane that could meet these needs. However it became obvious that expenses were going to be spiraling as time evolved and with hundreds of thousands of people working on projects expenses did indeed increase significantly. France, Britain and the US were the prominent figureheads working incredible hours to be the first.
Britain and France were making great strides and America was lagging behind so the inevitable happened. The Americans backed out hailing tut tut it is too expensive; true perhaps or was it ego? Britain and France on the other hand decided in order to succeed required a compromise solution to unite their respective efforts and working together would be the best step forward and so they did effectively with success.
Meanwhile working around the clock the Russians developed the first supersonic flight without passengers but with limited success. However the joint venture of French and British engineering created and developed the first passenger flight to reach supersonic speed and outstanding successes. Of course certain American units decided to try to ban entry to US airports but failed thankfully.
Now this is where ego got in the way and like the sinking of the Titanic the first major Concorde crash was as a result of ego. One has to wonder how progressive would results have been if all the major engineering minds around the world had worked in tandem instead of in competition; would the Concorde still be flying today?
Nothing can be built without careful maintenance and strict adherence to protocol especially when lives are on the line and sadly eighteen beautiful works of Concorde art are relegated to museums around the world as a tribute to man’s achievement and disposition to embrace advances. They are also significant examples to man’s incapacity to remain focused while being prepared for failure and acting accordingly to prevent occurrences.
It is also an example of taking or not taking responsibility for decisions that inevitably caused such disasters with horrendous casualties. However; because of disasters like the Titanic and Concorde strides in safety did result so the coin is not totally tarnished and the efforts not entirely in vain. Sadly though because of ego mankind took a giant step backwards and supersonic flight is no longer a reality for general availability except in military terms.
What we have to learn from this is that the S E A of energy is always flowing and if we do not stand prepared to listen to the wisdom of the ages we too shall remain delegates for display in museums. Except it shall not be humans as we now know them who will be visiting these displays but another more advanced civilisation who listened, learned and acted to harness waves of energy to produce outstanding blessings and benefits.
Useful tip: If you do not believe me then visit museums and see the relics of previous civilisations that are no longer breathing in our midst but have returned from whenst they came: the earth!
